Refund policy

All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges *

*Under certain circumstances, if your earrings break, I will give you a code to get a free pair of equal or less value of the broken pair or if possible-replace the broken pair. If this is you, please email me with a photo of the broken earrings. It is my discretion to decide on whether or not I replace your broken earrings. Please handle your earrings properly. For how to care of your delicate earrings please refer to Care Instructions.

In the event that your goods are damaged during shipment, an exception can be made.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at phoebe@craftedbypheebs.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
